Han Dynasty 206 B.C. - 220 A.D.
The Han Dynasty is world famous for the construction of the Terra Cotta Army and their contribution in the building of the Great Wall of China. The Terra Cotta Warriors were made as 8000 clay soldiers that were guardians of the grave of Liuwu, the third king of the Western Han dynasty. The emperor Wu Ti of the Han dynasty built over 1000 kilometers (621 miles) of the Great Wall of China to protect the western passage from the Huns.
